Flying solo.

When noone's willing to go with you, sometimes, it could be interesting to fly solo.

This is an old picture I took last winter. My computer broke down before I could transfer my recent photos in my external drive. It'll probably be a while till I post again. I'm applying to University next year and I've found a second job so that I can save. Sooooo, I've been working my ass off lately. Hopefully, I can get a laptop and save enough for a new camera, AND have enough so that I wouldn't have to work as much when I get back to school.

Working more than 60 hours per week. Crazy, right? Yeh.

Perfection in imperfection.

"Imperfection on my canvas"

It's important to believe that something can be perfect, even though there will always be someone to show you otherwise.

World Photo Expo

World Photo Expo Montreal.

It was my first time going to this expo and I have to say, I didn't know what to expect. I saw some of the photos online and thought that they were amazing, but seeing them blown up right in front of you was breath taking. These images taken by these photographers are simply the type of photos that everyone should see.

Some images of the expo are in this site.

The love of distraction.

We humans are easily amused, easily distracted. We willingly take the smallest chances we get to distract ourselves and to forget, even for just a second , the problems that revolve around us every day.

But then, there are those who don't take the time to let in a little bit of distraction in their life and burn out in the process. Relax, have a beer, a glass of wine or take the elevator and get spacely. Take the time to look around you, to see how happy you are with what you already have, and to think of what you need for the future.

Missed.

It always amazes me how we're so distracted by so many things that we don't even notice how the moments, the best moments of our lives, are just as fleeting as the form of a cloud.

Eve of the last day of summer.

A swift passing of summer.

Tomorrow's officially fall. I kept myself busy this summer, so I'm really not all that surprised why it went by pretty fast. Thinking back now, this year has been a turning point in my life. I got into trouble, I've met people with priceless personalities, I finally know what I want to do in life, I've gotten my heart broken and I've matured in more ways than one. Despite all the disappointments, I'm thankful that I've gotten through them and that I'm still left with memories I can smile about. Although, I wish these last few days of summer would have been better.
